The legislature banned alcoholic beverages from college games (like that does a lot of good when the private boxes have their own minibars. It's nice to be large donors who are richer than god and only support sports so they can bask in reflected glory). But the low level pro teams can sell alcohol from their concessions. It's lucrative for them. Doubt they are going to pay attention to Sally.
