1. With regards to ink and piercings, what do you have? Any stories?
2. What do you wish you had/are planning to get?
3. What do they mean to you?


1. So far I have two piercings in each earlobe and one in my nose. Getting the nose one was by far the weirdest piercing sensation I'd ever had; more than pain it seemed like my nose was being pushed against a wall. However since my 13-year old niece was there with me I played brave and smiled all the way through
I have no tattoos... yet.

2. I am definitely planning to get another piercing on each earlobe if not two. Also, after depressing forever about my midriff, I'm going to get a belly button piercing. It's for me not for anyone else; end of story. I've also been thinking about getting a tongue piercing sometime.
Tattoo-wise I have several ideas but I haven't commited to them yet. I totally want to get some wings on my back as well as a lower back tattoo and something on my ankles.

3. Tattoos and piercings are for me definitely beauty accesories but also like transitioning, an expression of will; claiming possession of my body and recasting it in my own image.
