I still like the idea of a "None of the Above" party line vote, and for individuals as well.

Failing in that, how about retro-active abortion for anyone seeking more than one term of office?

OK then, how about lobotomies if they win even one term of office? I mean, how could you tell the difference before and after? Could it actually cut down on lying if they can't keep their mind on a thought long enough to formulate a lie about it?
